A Perfect Go Sweater Night
Does anyone else find it a challenge to find something in their closet to wear out at night? Meaning, being able to walk into it and immediately having a great go-to that does not require much else. I know my closet really lacks in this area. That’s why as soon as I saw this sweater, I knew it would fill that void!

I am a sweater gal for sure. Yet most of the sweaters I have to choose from, require some extra juju to take them from day to night. Not being one to heavily accessorize, I often find that I am really not stepping it up a notch. Luckily sweaters are now being manipulated in all sorts of fun ways. The twisted fabric sleeves on this sweater makes it a perfect option to dress up denim or for pairing with a dressier pant.
The grey charcoal heather color is a great neutral to have on hand. What I also love about this sweater is the fit. While the sleeves are exaggerated, the body of the sweater hugs closer to the body. It does not swallow you up which sometimes can be the case with balloon sleeves. This sweater also comes in a gorgeous shade of yellow and a beautiful off-white. Best part!? It just went on sale for under $50!
Additional Accessorizing
Believe it or not, another item lacking in my closet was a pair of black booties. As you know, I have been living in these white booties most of the winter but they do not necessarily work all the time (there is a well stocked and similar version here). I love the concept of a sock bootie and the found the ones featured at Zara a month or so back. These ones here are currently on sale and are so chic!
As for a bag, I love balancing out an item that is unstructured (i.e. the sweater) with an item that is structured. This retro bag is so sleek and architecturally appealing! A cross body style is must for going out for me and at under $50, it is an absolute steal! Finally, I don’t feel that a belt is absolutely necessary but the gold embellishment is a nice added touch.
