July Style Board

The July style board has lots of 4th of July Inspiration but none of the items limit themselves to once a year wear!

Even the American Flag purse (just went on sale for $16!!!) is the perfect cross body to take with you to a Country music concert! I love this white dress as it is so versatile and so comfortable. It is fun to accessorize with your favorite red and blue accents for the 4th or stands out on its own with a pair of simple summer sandals. It is perfect packable dress too for summer vacation! A great pair of denim cutoffs, red and white gingham top and a pair of Converse shoes is my summer uniform for baseball games, theme parks and concerts (where I will switch it up with my cowboy boots).

There is nothing more easy or comfortable to throw on in the summer than a maxi dress. This one from Lush is like putting on a pair of pajamas. It too just went on sale! I am also a big fan of totes in the summer. Sunglasses, suntan lotion, bottles of water, phones (yes plural-mine and the kids!), etc. are just of the few extra items that I tote around. I also like to hit the local Farmer’s Markets and love being able to stick fresh flowers in a summer tote. To tie it all in (I love puns!), I have been wearing these wrap sandals since spring break in March and they go with everything!

Each piece featured can be mixed and matched.

For instance, I love pairing the Converse sneakers with the maxi or the white dress. A little note on Converse. If you have not worn them since, say high school, they are a lot easier to wear now. The ones I have and are linked below, are the Shoreline style. They are much more supportive and comfortable that what you may be used to. I have added a romper to the Board as well and I will be featuring that later in July!
