The cold shoulder top concept hit the fashion world last year and ever since then, tops have been reworked into all sorts of fun styles! Everything from off-shoulder, exposed shoulder, exaggerated sleeves and ruffles to pajama styling and yes, still cold shoulder, any of these variations make an instant statement for your spring wardrobe. These tops are utterly feminine and work with just about anything on the bottom-denim, shorts, palazzo pants or a pencil skirt.
There is hardly a retail store out there where you will not find a selection of reworked tops. Options seem endless and you do not need to spend a lot of money to buy something on trend. Retailers like Chicwish and ASOS are perfect retailers for wanting to try something new, but not having it break the bank. Even though most of their tops are well under $50, the quality of them is not compromised. Now sometimes you have to sift through
all the midriff tops a few pages to get to the good ones, but these retailers do offer penalty of sophisticated tops. The top I am wearing here is the perfect blend of classic (love those navy stripes!) yet makes a statement with these dramatic bell sleeves. It would look great with white denim or white shorts and just about any shoe on the bottom-espadrilles, wedges or sandals. If the sleeves feel to overwhelming then I love this off-shoulder version here and cold shoulder version here. I also love this ruffled number here.
Have some fun and make sure to add one of these styles into your spring wardrobe! I have linked five additional choices in a series of reworked tops in the product widget below (mobile device users, arrow right after the first picture to see complete selection)
Thanks for stopping by!
